Literally a guest room serving as a curated project space, Guest Room will feature a wide variety of works with a special emphasis on examining issues of process/presentation, performance/documentation, curating/collaboration, and high/low art-making.

Flyleaf Books stocks new and used adult and children’s titles. We welcome special orders and host an array of author events each week. We offer trade credit for used books.

The ArtsCenter

For over thirty-five years the ArtsCenter in Carrboro has functioned as a dynamic artistic center for the community featuring a nonstop calendar of art classes, world-music, theater, children and family programming, and art exhibits. The facilities include a theater, classrooms, a dance studio, an informal performance space, and an art gallery.

The Carrboro Century Center has 5 furnished, accessible meeting rooms and a fully equipped kitchen available for rental. The meeting rooms, or the 4,236-square-foot Century Hall can be configured to suit any type of event – including weddings, receptions, business meetings, classes, dances, workshops, birthday parties, baby showers and even reunions!
